Summary[]
Kai is woken from stasis but something goes wrong and injures Stanley. To save his life he's put into stasis, after passing control of Lexx to Zev. She seeks out a medical facility and after some unusual negotiations, gets treatment for The doctors are successful, and take an interest in Kai as a potential threat to their wider plans. The attending surgeon, Doctor Kazan attempts to wrest control of Lexx from Zev. Although warned of potential issues, Kazan electrocutes Zev to the point of death assuming she will transfer Lexx to him. The plan backfires and Zev morphs ...
Plot[]
Kai is awoken incorrectly from the cryochamber, and punctures Stan's heart. Being dying, he transferrs the Key to Zev, they seek assistance of MedSat, a large medical space station, essentially capturing it with threats (after all, they have nothing to pay with). Dr. Kazan undertakes to cure Stan, but he and the staff are cruel swindlers. They want to capture the Lexx and use it for their own purposes. They torture Zev for the key to Lexx, but she transforms into a cluster lizard (demonstrating this ability for the first and last time) and sacrifices herself, freeing the captive Kai. 790 mourns her inconsolably. The mucus left from her is taken to the ship. Kai persuades Stan not to destroy the medical center, because not everyone there deserves revenge. However, the station is immediately gobbled by Mantrid, surrounded by a growing army of flying arms.
This is the last episode featuring the original Zev.
