Summary[]
Stan and Kai search for Xev and find her footsteps crossing the inhospitable surface of the planet Fire. Her tracks lead to Girltown. Queen develops a strong interest in Stan, but his needs and hers turn out to be very different.
Plot[]
Stan and Kai search for Xev in Girltown, a city with gender-confused citizens that are led by a matriarchal committee.
Stan's nubile non-dead body attracts the attention of the "head" Queen (reincarnated Giggerota), who has no body and wants a body of her own. She is interrupted by the all-female committee proceedings of Girltown, who discuss non-she and non-boy sexist agendas, in endless movements and motions.
Meanwhile, Kai liberates the drag queen balloon-making slaves, who are nice people, and have no idea why they have been sent to this hell. In the escape, all the gay balloonists are eaten by the Lexx. Stan and Kai fall to sea, knowing that Kai will sink like a stone.

Trivia[]
- Jimmy Somerville cameos as one of the balloon-making slaves.
- Goofs: In one scene it cuts from Stanley Tweedle looking into the distance, to Stanley approaching the body of Pearl, and back to Stanley looking in the distance. It the original broadcast the approaching Stanley was outside the NTSC safe viewing area so it didn't give the impression that he was watching himself. However on modern screens this reuse of footage from a later scene is clearly visible.
