Bill Fleming (William Fleming) is a production designer and producer, known for Lexx (1999-2000), Call Me Fitz (2010) and Poor Boy's Game (2007).

Career[]

Bill Fleming got his start in the theatre as a teenage actor in Toronto. He was soon drawn into production, working in direction, design and scenic art. Fleming has amassed numerous credits as a production designer, ranging from the award winning series "Call Me Fitz", the civil war feature "Copperhead", NBC/Universal’s Beethoven’s Treasure Tail and the iconic, "Margaret’s Museum".

Fleming co-wrote and produced the feature, "Buried on Sunday", which earned a Genie nomination for best screenplay. He worked as an episodic director on the popular kids series, "I Was A Sixth Grade Alien" earning also production designer and second unit director credits. The offbeat sci-fi TV movies "Lexx: The Dark Zone" with their challenging visual effects kept Fleming busy as co-producer for this German/Canadian co-production- a role he carried on into the episodic series LEXX, where Fleming also worked as director for numerous episodes including the popular musical episode Brigadoom.

Bill Fleming was one of the producers for the first and second seasons. He headed up the creative team of designers responsible for the look and strong visual style. He also initiated the third season location shootings.
